A cornucopia of fresh, local ingredients go into the recipes used by a top chef in the preparation of two mediterranean classics – lasagne al ragù and ravioli.

Under the expert guidance of your English speaking chef, you'll work with flour, eggs and other ingredients to create two styles of pasta with different sauces as well as a typical Italian dessert.
